Complaints Procedure

In registering a complaint parents are asked in the first instance to see the Headteacher.

If this proves unsatisfactory, the complaint should be given in writing to the Governance Professional, via the office.  The Trustees will call a meeting to consider the complaint and the parent has the right to attend that meeting.

The Trustees hope that all complaints can be dealt with through discussion at the outset.
